    We purchased a motorcycle in March and immediately driving off of the lot at 65 MPH The handlebars shook . The bike felt dangerous to ride. So I take it back the next day and of course the guys in service department say they don’t feel anything and they adjusted the tire pressure. Second and third time taking it to them once again the service manager proceeded to explain to me that he didn’t feel anything in the handlebars and there was nothing they could do. Remind you he admitted to taking my new bike 85 mph on the highways and taking his hands off of the handlebars. So we then take it to sunrise and they actually try to fix the issue like real professionals. Still didn’t work. So I decided to contact a lawyer and go that route. My attorney advised me to retain service records from heartland and sunrise in Rogers. I called heartland and was told that they had what I needed . Upon arriving, Jacob said he was going to get Greg. Greg ******* pulls us in his office and asks what can he do for us, I nicely asked that we needed the service records from them and he VERY RUDELY replied that “we weren’t getting anything from him”! He received the letter from my lawyer and stated he was going to get ahold of his own lawyer. Extremely rude ! I said a few choice words to him as I got up with my son and walked out and he said we weren’t welcome back.! We finally got the problem resolved from Someone else no thanks to Heartland.! I was nice all encounters with them before that day. I challenge Greg to tell his side, anything other than what I’ve wrote today is a LIE.! If you want to be treated with any kind of respect then do NOT buy from heartland Honda in Springdale Arkansas. Every encounter I’ve had with them was as if I was bothering them and being kicked to the curb.! If anyone From this location including Greg would like to talk about it , you have my contact information.! Immature and unprofessional all around.

    First and foremost, we take an enormous amount of pride in being very professional, honest, and transparent with each and every customer.  We have a tremendous reputation of doing just that for the last 26 years of being in business as anyone can readily see by looking at our history and our reviews on facebook and google.  As far as this interaction with Mr. A****, we did look at his bike free of charge and were not able to duplicate any of his concerns.  He then proceeds to make multiple phone calls still complaining about his original concern, of which we kindly asked him to bring the bike back in and let us take another look just to be sure we did not miss anything when it was in the first time.  Mr. Av**** agreed to bring the bike back in for us to look at, however he never did bring it back in and allow us to even look at it again, rather he contacted an attorney group , Lemon Law Group Partners PLC, and had them send us a letter telling us to immediately cease and desist all communications with their client.  At that point, we contacted our attorney and turned it over to them as we felt inclined to protect our business since  we had not done anything wrong and certainly had not been given the chance to even look at the bike any further.  Mr. A**** did show up to our dealership demanding documentation in a very aggressive tone and mannerism, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I kindly asked him to leave and let him know that he was not welcome here any longer.  Also keep in mind, he had already gone on google and gave us a terrible review, and he has since gone back on google and continued to slander our business.  We try very hard to make everyone happy, we are not perfect by any means, but as a whole, we do very well in taking care of customers, and I hate that we were not able to come to terms with this customer but certainly wish them the best.
