We bought a brand new Ford Expedition in late summer 2023. We had them tint the windows as part of the deal and during the tinting they melted the trim on the outside drivers window. We reached out to the salesman Tyler S. multiple times, took our car to the dealership multiple times to then be told they didn’t have the parts to fix it so we contacted the GM Shane Q. and he assured us it would be taken care of. Now months later after back and forth Tyler finally told us they would pick up our expedition from our home but it would take two weeks to fix…when my husband pushed back about the time line they said they would pick it up January 2nd, 2024 and it would take a day. Today is January 2nd but no one has come to pick up my car and we have not heard from anyone. When I called Tyler to get an explanation he said “it’s still morning time” and blamed it on a meeting, the GM and another salesman that supposedly took over the issue we were having and then quit. I told him at this point I don’t trust them with my car so we ended the phone call and he quickly called my husband. My husband didn’t answer. I wish this were the only issue we had with the dealership over this car but it’s not.
