Date of original transaction was July 5, 2016. We had several shower doors installed along with a screen door. The issue is the screen door, which has a warranted for defects. The retractable screen quit working the end of 2019. We contacted the business and they eventually came out took pictures of the door and the warrant tag on the door and told us they would get back to us. They never did. We contacted them again and they said they were still investigating the situation. The pandemic happened and we never heard back from them.We contacted them again in September of 2020 forwarding a another picture of the warrant tag on the door. Again nothing was resolved. We contacted the manufacture of the door, ****** and they told us to contact the business who installed the door. We explained that we had and they would not get back to us or help us and ****** doors said they could not provide any warranty on the door without the original business working with them. We called again several times in 2021 and was ignored by TodHunter Glass. We recently called Todhunter again, they came out to our house the end of June, again they said they needed to research and would get back to us. We called to see were they were at on fixing the door in the middle of July, and the woman who answered the phone said she'd check into it and get back to us. She never did. Its now July 24, 2022 and we have no other option than to contact the BBB to help us get this resolved and the door screen fixed as it should have been in 2019.
