We had PolarBear replace our aluminum framed windows with modern plastic frames. We live in the flight path to ****************, and they made a big difference in blocking jetliner noise inside the house; I noticed the change immediately. We also hope that they will make the house warmer and cut electricity cost by blocking heat loss. We will find out when we get our next electricity ****. I noticed that the house is not as drafty now, especially in the bedroom, which used to turn into a refrigerator at night when the bedroom door was closed. The installers were friendly and on-time for work every day, and the install took less time than we anticipated. They were careful when working inside the house. Our house had a tree fall on it several years ago, which resulted in some of the doors and windows being out-of-square, and not closing properly. They shimmed the windows during the install to make them level, and I appreciated that. That also improved the appearance of the window ***** and trim. I also like the appearance of the windows outside the house, and the outside finish trim fits the house nicely. This was a big investment for us, and I am looking forward to the benefits for years to come.

Over the past 6 years PB has installed new custom 8' entry doors, 8 vinyl windows and a 9' sliding patio door for us. Work is done in a timely manner (ex. during material shortages due to Coved-19 issues) and in a professional manner by ***************** to work with and the work area is left clean when they are finished. Would highly recommend them - and have to others who have chosen PB to do their work.
