Our 14-day travel through **** was unforgettable, thanks to great organization by SouthAmerica.travel. From comfortable accommodations to insightful guided tours, every detail was well planned. The local guides provided important insights and knowledge, while interactions with locals added authenticity to our experience. Throughout the trip, SouthAmerica.travels support was very good, ensuring a perfect adventure. ****** diverse landscapes, rich culture, and delicious cuisine left us with cherished memories and a deep appreciation for this beautiful country.Thank you SouthAmerica.travel, we will definitely organize our next trips with you :)Review from John B

Five Stars for South *******.travel. My two-week trip was incredible. Well planned with lovely hotels, authentic, regional dining, incredible cultural, artistic and acheological sights, and extremely knowledgeable guides. I didnt ever have to think about logistics. A Peruvian cooking class with a rooftop view was an unexpected add-on to a tour already packed with once-in-a-****************. The organizers were very responsive and extremely ethical. Without me even knowing there was an issue, they returned a significant amount to me in ******** dollars when they had determined that Id overpaid.I highly recommend using their services if you were considering traveling in South *******. ****, **********, **, ***Review from Mark B

We made reservations for vacation travel in ******** South ******* for me and my wife through SouthamericaTravel.com for a departure date of 03/13/2020; we canceled the trip the day before the scheduled departure because the ********* health ministry closed entry into the country due to the ***** pandemic. Now the company has filed for bankruptcy protection, and I'm holding the bag for over $4000. We attempted to contact the company, and I received an email that SouthAmerica Travel had ceased operations. Their phone number is no longer in operation. They said my money was not recoverable, but their affiliate in ****** ******** (**************) would offer a 20% discount on future travel plans made through them (fool me twice, shame on me!!). Attorneys General of New York and **************** expressed sympathy, but there's nothing they could do.Review from Jenny C

I have been dealing with South America Travel since 2019. Because of Covid, our trip was canceled in 2020, rescheduled, canceled again, and finally received a credit note to travel in June 2022. I paid $2000 in deposits plus another $2,000 in airfare. I have tried calling, emailing all their offices to no avail. The agent who dealt with us for 2 years has a disconnected cell number and no working email.What recourse do I have - please advise.
