9/6/22 - date of work done scope of work - fix curb side marker light, fix end ramp crooked crews and mis-alignment, and fix drive side middle fender.After picking up the trailer the rear gate was opened at home and the rear gate flap was grossly ruined by the bad craftsmanship from the work being done. All that needed to be done is to have the screws straightened and the flap realigned. If you take a look at the pictures they cut the aluminum channel off the rear gate flap and used inserts into the wood, did not replace the aluminum channel, and used regular bolts that now hit on the hinge. The hinge was also replaced and did not need to be, because it was brand new. This trailer is brand new and has not even been used. When calling the owner he was rude, insulting, and said our BRAND NEW RACE CAR TRAILER was "a piece of shit". This trailer was custom built in Georgia at Rock Solid Trailers and shipped to my house in ****** ******. We want a refund to pay another company to fix the issue that 99 West Trailers has now created. We are assuming that now a hole new rear gate flap will need to be built and attached to the rear gate with another new hinge. Please call me if you need any more info.
