I tried to ask about a mattress return or exchange and instead I was met with poor attitude. ******* and insults about our ******* purchase. we were seeking information and instead we were insulted to the point we had to leave. the Owner supposedly doesn't feel well and he went "upstairs", basically he's not available ad will not be available. wwe know him personally. she was lying. She then admitted that they sold us the show room *** and we did not know this.it slipped out when she was letting us know that we liked it when we bought it and she said its the same bed so you already liked it. completely ignoring the fact that we slept in it and it was not to our liking. We went in there initially to buy a Hybrid mattress and "Tuffy", the owner, told us that Spring mattress is the best. and he was nice he assured us it was a better bed so without question,we bought it. like I said we feel like we know him so we were all happy walking out of the store.we never recieved and Warranty paperwork nor and verbal information about the warranty in case we just did not like the bed. After talking with the owner my wife and I left the store and my wife began to sobb. (she's 7 months pregnant) She bought the bed with her own money. It's the biggest purchase we've made since we met two years ago.so I went back in to ask for more information about the mattress, who is the company they order from, and the owner told me to my face she doesn't know what company "Tuffy" orders his furniture from. She gave me the name of the mattress knowing that i would not get very far at all. she acted like she didn't know anything about the business side of the store but we know her, she is his mother and they argue in front of customers every single day.
