Today April 20, 2024 my daughter had a Dr. **** which is a follow up from an ER visit from the day before, the only time the Dr had available was at 440pm on a Saturday. Usually my daughter uses ride source to get to her appts due to having a limited income, we did not get the call about the appointment until this morning so we had not been able to schedule the ride prior. So we attempted to contact Oregon taxi and ask for an after hours ride to the appt, we were told we needed to contract ride source which we did and were told they can't schedule Rides on weekends to call Oregon taxi and tell them it's an"after hours" ride. Which again we did and again the dispatcher (******) proceeds to tell us that no they don't do after hours rides to Dr ****** So at this point we have no other option so we'll scheduled it as a cash pay ride. My daughter arrived at her destination with the taxi driver who asked my daughter if it was an account ride ( I was on the phone with my daughter during all of this, she had had anxiety so I stayed in phone with her through the ride) my daughter told him no she thinks she had to pay for it because they couldn't do after hours Dr ****** The driver Said hold on a minute let me call and double check. He did and at the time the dispatcher on the other end said very clearly " oh she's trying to pull some sneaky s*** huh she's already talked to ****** about this earlier". My daughter paid the money and got out. I'm tears being accused of trying to do something she didn't do she didn't ask him to call her took that upon himself. My daughter has appendicitis she is in pain, she has bad anxiety on to of all of that. This dispatcher really should not have this job if she can't speak properly and behave properly towards people. I want my money for this ride refunded my daughter is already dealing with enough s*** and than the dispatcher and her nasty opinion on top of it caused her to break down in front of many people that's humiliating !!!
