Hired Crones for $5000 to do a Borderline Adjustment from Sept 2021 to June 2022 of a finished Road Vacation between 4 property owners. They failed to give us a submittable Record of Survey. They breached their own contract four times. Constant miscommunication from Project Manager ***********************, who repeatedly stated he was confused on what King ****** requires. We had three Surveyors besides Crones verify the Record of Survey before submitting to ****************** office. They all stated the survey was incorrect. Crones refused to show up to a meeting with all property owners to discuss and resolve the overlapping property line that they created. ***** Crones stated Will not change the line and we both have bigger problems in life.The contract we signed was not in good faith. Crones knew the current ****************** process and should have written a contract based on that process. Crones, from the start, did not follow the contract by staking the markers early before starting the Record of Survey. Our BLA was rejected by King ****** and Crones did not make the one-time minor overlap correction the county requested after agreeing it was an error.
