              I think this company is cheap for a reason. I wish I would've read the complaints before I paid for a program by this company. They do not respond to emails and the agents are extremely rude and lack proper customer service etiquette. I am out of 300 dollars for this sham of a business and they refuse to issue me a refund. Do thorough research before enrolling in a program with this company and just pay the extra ***** bucks elsewhere for better service and a honorable program.

              Your comments dishearten us. We strive to not only excel in customer service but also in providing great courses. I do feel the need to correct your statement about our agents not responding and the mischaracterization of your complaints in general.


              Our records indicate that yesterday you communicated with three of our customer service representatives in the course of an hour by email, chat, and phone. You also requested that two of them put you in touch with their supervisor, me. I  personally called you yesterday and got your voicemail leaving my direct line, and have not heard back.  We take pride in our customer service and respond very promptly to all inquiries. 


              The root of your complaint originally seems to be that we would not retroactively apply a discount. After we informed you that seasonal promotions do not apply to previous purchases, you demanded a refund and threatened to leave a negative review. You then proceeded to contact new customer service representatives asking the same questions and received consistent answers.

              Used them to get my license and continue to *** them for picking up the final CE credits needed at license renewal time. Never a lick of trouble and always very attentive when peppered with my questions or comments. Well, written, super easy to use.

              Onlineed is an excellent real estate course. It is incredibly well organized and informative. The Chapters are well structured and thought through. I also had a fantastic instructor who I could email with questions or speak to on the phone. Would highly recommend!
