I had him work for years. He has always done a great job. Never once did I have a problem. He just finished up my chimney and he completely made sure it was sealed. He removed all the bad items and replacing all that was needed. He is highly recommended. I am happy to use him again.

We've been happy with our Valentine Roof for years - but now are thrilled to use their after-winter window cleaning, deck pressure-washing and roof cleaning services. On sunny spring days, it's such a relief to look out our third-floor windows and see a roof and deck that look like new. Valentine roofing did poor workmanship on my roof. The roof leaked into my house and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Valentine put some chalking on the leak and said they are not responsible for any of the internal damage. Im a single mom trying to get out of an abusive marriage and now I might lose my home because Valentine roofing doesnt fix their bad work.Valentine Roofing Inc Response

Velentine Roofing completed our roof project in April 2023. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I enjoyed and valued estimator's insights, suggestions for improvement and open dialogue and no pressure sales. The openes, flexibility and professional care is equally applicable to all Valentine Roofing staff that i had a pleasure working with.Install crew was very efficient and pleasant to work with.Any minor issue that arose during the project such as damage to several decking boards for example were fully owned and remediated by the company. I would be more than happy to recommend Valentine Roofing to my friends and neighbors. I hope not to ever needing roofing contractor for my current house, but if need be I would not hesitate reaching to Valentine again.Review from Curt H

My review is based on actual experience working with Valentine Roofing. Job remove and replace entire ridgeline / ventilation and all 7 boots. 5* for Pre-sales / technical assessment and bidding / effort finding closely matching material 5* for ****************** / Communication / Scheduling / Billing and ease to work with as a business 3* for actual repair work job (first impressions). I had to point out several things to the repair tech, in which he sort of attempted to fix. After taking several pictures and sending back and forth w/PM they realized some things did not meet their standards. They did attempt to make it right, they sent the tech back out to replace the bad looking work, which was mostly done better. Two different people attempted to crawl in my crawl space to find the source of the leak, but neither could access or find any leaking issue despite my evidence of a leak; I appreciate the effort. I have a 5 year warranty, so I will be watching closely. A 5* review would be:1. I wouldn't have to point out to completely paint the boots, top to bottom, front to back. 2. I wouldn't have to point out that the boots are severely dented and the top cap is poorly fitted. 3. I wouldn't have to point out that several shingles are sticking way up and look unsightly. (Response in general was it takes up to 6 months for shingles to settle). 4. I wouldn't have to clean ROOFING material out of my gutters (I found broken roofing pieces blocking my gutters down below) - they didn't block the downspouts prior to starting the tear off. 5. I wouldn't have to pick up >10 nails (it's difficult to get them all) 6. I wouldn't have to sweep up 10 pounds of roof sand from all over my yard that was just blown to the side of my driveway. 7. My new ridgecap lines would be straight - not curved. I am picky, it's why I hired a highly rated company to do a good job and paid a very premium price for not a very premium job.Valentine Roofing Inc Response

Valentine Roofing did a great job from beginning to end. We appreciated the constant communication throughout the process. ************** (sales) and ****** (experience mgr) were both very pleasant and helpful. Not pushy. My wife and I reached out to Valentine Roofing in like late February 2023 for a roof replacement. We met with their estimator ******************* who came to our home. If you're like us and want the details of what work would be done and an easy peasy experience, **** is your guy! He was very friendly and took the time to answer any of our questions; he provided a lot of documentation too! There was no pressure at all to decide that day either. Just an all-around great experience with ****! After some review of all the estimates we went through, we decided to go with Valentine. *********************** was our experience manager. **** is the best! He is very nice and friendly; like a close friend would be. Any questions, I could easily reach him via call or text. If communication is important to you, he's on it! As we got closer to our window in about mid-April, **** was pretty much providing daily updates so I knew what to expect and when, and that is when I heard that ***************** and his team would be doing the installation. **** and his team were great! We chatted each morning and throughout the day which was great! He is very friendly. His team is meticulous when it comes to the work, which is great!**** was with me to the end making sure close out went smoothly, and it did. The end result left us with a beautiful new roof! Words aren't enough to describe it! We can't thank ****, **** and **** enough for everything they did.To add a personal note, I tend to get nervous with big events, like a roof. Also, if you're like me and want to know what's going on and when, you won't have to worry one bit with Valentine. Every step of the way they went that extra mile to alleviate any concerns or answer questions. In hindsight, I should have just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the ride.tldr, Valentine is a great company to go with; we had a great roofing experience! If you go with them, ask for ****, **** and ****'s team. You won't be disappointed with that trio!Review from Pete D

Valentine Roofing is a wonderful company to work with. We had our roof replaced and insulation in our attic; at no point were we disappointed. Gutters are coming soon! The appraiser and crew were all very professional! Valentine' office staff was delightful to work with. Our yard was spotless after completion. We were contacted throughout the project and a follow up call after the project, to make sure we were happy with their service. Our roof looks amazing! Valentine Roofing installed new gutters after they completed reroofing our home. ******, our experience manager, coordinated the installation and ******* and his son did a perfect installation. We are pleased with the quality of the materials used, workmanship and attention to even the smallest detail. We wholeheartedly recommend Valentine Roofing.
