      I made reservation at Quinault Casino for a family gathering for my best friends memorial. I told them that my wife *********************** has a Service Dog. (Reg # RS965000). I checked in with my wife and dog in the car. I showed the Service Dog card and the person checking me in said to bring the dog back to the desk so Security can tag him, so other staff would be aware. When we came in with the dog security director ************************* said, we don't care about the registration card and proceeded to ask my wife, who is a stage 4 cancer survivor personal questions about the nature of her affliction and what the dog specifically does to assist her. ***** is highly attuned to my wife's stress and helps her stay calm which is very important for keeping her cancer in remission. he's trained to nudge her or get her attention when he senses she is stressed. He then claimed the dog was an Emotional Support animal and kicked us out of the Casino. He and the woman who checked us in said they were well trained by the Casino in *** rules. My observation is that they are trained to humiliate and badger people with disabilities in complete disregard to the ***************. ************************************* is a Hotel Manager, (I have business card for those 2 mentioned). I don't know if she was the one who checked us in or a manager to contact for the complaint I am filing as they actually had the audacity to charge us for a room night of over $300 after they kicked us out. I also filed a complaint with the ***. We were in the hotel for all of 20 minutes and had not even unpacked. We had to then scramble to find other accommodations for the service scheduled the next day. I am writing the Casino directly to pressure them to return the ridiculous room night they charged us for. As the hotel staff repeatedly stated , "they were well trained in *** by the Casino" They knew I had a Service Animal and they charged us for the room after they kicked us out. This deceptive practice was fraudulent.
