I wish more people would have done reviews on this horrible company. They charge me over 2k for a hot water tank less than 6 months ago. I came home to no hot water last night and called them right away. They arranged a time to come out Saturday morning between ****. The guy calls us at 7:30 in the morning to say theres nothing he can do or it voids the warranty. So I called on my warranty and waited 40 minutes to be told he lied and that was completely untrue. I called Thriftway Plumbing back to let them know that information was incorrect. The lady who answered hung up on me and now when I call back they pick up and hang up right away. They dont even say hello. I dont know what to do!Review from Nick P.

WARNING!!!!Thriftway Plumbing ************************************** I had a loose toilet and was worried the waste might start leaking under my trailer. I called Thriftway Plumbing for a quote and to do repairs. The quote was for redoing the floor joists, a new toilet, floor and supports. But instead, they didn't have to redo the floor joists and supports, just a new toilet seal/washer and linoleum. The quote was for the floor joists, floor, new toilet and supports was between $5800.00 - $9800.00. Seeing that the bathroom floor might need to be possibly rebuilt from the bottom up, I thought it a reasonable, albeit little high a quote.As the 2-man crew started work on the toilet, it turned out that the floor, joists and supports were fine and the toilet just needed a larger/thicker washer/spacer to seal it. So, I assumed that the quote would be different and reflect the appropriate labor/materials and go way down. Instead, when the work was done, they kept the original quote. Caught me totally by surprise!!I even told the estimator that this wasnt right!! Now this 2-man crew, over 4 days but only 12 hours total work time, replaced the seal/washer and linoleum. They didn't do anything but that. This should not have cost $7000.00.$1500.00 maybe but $7K. BIG RIP OFF!!And as I was sitting on my porcelain throne, I noticed that the linoleum wasnt even new and the quality of work was poor.!! Like I said:DONT USE THRIFTWAY PLUMBING!!. BIG RIP OFF!!
