      We rented a ** Oct. 6th 2020 and the rental Agreement was for 7/2/21 -7/10/21. We put down a $1,000.00 deposit and in January 2021 we found out that they did not have the ** we rented anymore and assured us they would find one and if not they would refund our money. They never were able to find a ** and told us they would credit my **** card and I gave them my **** card and they never credited my account and would not take any phone calls or emails. Have tried cancelling thru credit card and they wont pay. Have left multiple calls and emails with no response. They have a $1000.00 of my money and we had to rent another ** for our trip. We have a written agreement that if they cant accommodate the 2019 Sprinter C24D we can get a refund. When we were able to talk to them they acted like no problem to refund if they couldnt find the ** and asked for us to wait until 4/15/21 and if they couldnt get one they would give us a refund. The office said we will refund your money just give us your **** card and then no credit and no one will answer the phone or email.

      We rented a 31' Class C motorhome from this business. We paid over $4,000 for a two week rental where the company knew we were planning a 3,000 mile road trip. Four hours into the trip, we had a tire blowout. Roadside assistance was contacted and we were informed by them that the RV needed all new tires to be able to continue our trip. Had to spend the night in a rest area and then go to Les Schwab tire service in the am. Les Schwab did confirm that the "RV should have never left the lot with the tires in that condition". All 6 tires were replaced at a cost of ~$1,900. Had to "fight" with RV Northwest to pay the charges so we could continue our road trip. We had to put the tire charge on our credit card as RV Northwest only had a card with a limit of $1,000. RV Northwest promised us we would be reimbursed. Received a phone call from them on the same day that the charges were reversed. Had a 4 page list of issues we encountered while renting this RV. The most egregious of them being the tire issue. The gas range also turned on twice during the trip "accidently" when bumped up against the range. The side door opened twice on us while driving and our puppy tumbled out onto the ground. He could have been killed!! Thank got we were traveling on a gravel road and only going 5 miles an hour at the time. Upon return of the RV, was informed that the $1,900 credit charge was never reversed and the charge was still on our personal credit card. After complaining to the manager, asked for the phone number to discuss the issues with the owner. The owner gave us a check in the amount of $2,400 but that amount including the cost of the tires. Giving us $500 for compensation for issues of this magnitude does not seem acceptable to me. I have called the owner and manger a total of six times and no one has bothered to return my phone call. Very frustrating that they are not willing to work out some additional compensation for us.
