***** and his team were great to work with. They were easy to contact and took the time to make sure we understood the process and documents before signing anything. Couldn't have asked for a better experience home buying!

Creekside Mortgage was amazing! I called seeking generic re-fi information and was guided directly to ***** the owner. He took great time with me asking questions and explaining various scenarios. Over the next several weeks, he invested hours guiding me before he (or I!) ever knew I would move ahead on a loan. When I finally was ready to move ahead, I worked with ******* who was fabulous. Her customer service was exceptional: she was knowledgeable, personable, timely with spot on follow-through and was genuinely caring. Both ***** and ******* encouraged me to contact them directly anytime and had incredible turnaround. I cant imagine having gone through my very complex process with any other company. ***** and his team are nothing short of professional and personal at the same time. Emails and calls between **************************, ******* and the entire team are top notch. As a first time homeowner, I was beyond impressed with the care to detail that they all provided and how questions were answered every step of the way. ******* knowledge of the VA loan was beyond exemplary. Creekside Mortgage did an amazing job at helping us finance our new home using a VA loan. In the beginning they helped us find our budget and figure out what we were comfortable with. They were very good at communicating making sure we under stood everything throughout the entire process. The entire team made the process as smooth as possible. While Creekside Mortgage specializes in VA loans, my father who is a ******* veteran, recommended working with them even though I applied for a conventional loan. If you havent purchased a house before, its stressful, and requires clarity on whats needed next and responsiveness without a lot of car salesmanship involved. Creekside Mortgage delivers in spades. This is my third house purchase, and without qualification, Id recommend ******************************************* and the team I worked with, *******, *******, and *****, to anyone interested in a VA loan or conventional.Review from David L

4 DAY VA LOAN!***** and his team at Creekside Mortgage in ********, ** were recommended to ** by our Realtor, ***********************************, when we expressed interest in a VA Loan. We have had several VA Loans in the past and were expecting the typical ***** day process accompanied by lots of paperwork. We could not have been more wrong! ***** managed to shepherd our loan application through the entire VA process in 4 days! Thats right 4 days from application to a ready-to-fund status. ****** exceptional team, knowledge of the VA Loan process, lender requirements, and his network of local appraisers were the key factors in our record setting loan application process.Throughout the process his team was incredibly helpful and responsive even to late evening emails. Creekside Mortgage Feedback My realtor referred me to Creekside Mortgage saying they had positive feedback from other homebuyers about this company. When I bought my home last year I did my original VA home loan with them at a great rate, and when interest rates went down recently, they helped me refinance with a streamlined VA loan, which saved me even more money. Im so grateful for the honesty and integrity Ive experienced with them. Their customer service has been exceptional, including the owner ***************************** returning my calls and helping me make important loan decisions and **************** who helped guide me through the home loan process every step of the way. She answered my questions clearly, accurately and promptly. When Ive needed to call, she normally answers the phone on the first or second ring. When *** left messages she gets back to me immediately, often within minutes of leaving my message. A home loan is a major financial investment for most and Creekside really understands this. This is a quality organization, and I am so grateful my realtor referred me to them.Review from Sara V
