      ZERO STARS in fact Im reporting them to both creditors & the BBB. They broke the law in so many ways during my rental experience through them, & worst part AFTER I was done renting through them. By LAW they are required to inform a previous tenant that moves within 21 days if they intent to charge any additional fees. Not only did they not contact me at all in any format, they waited until April of 2023 to send over $2,190 directly to collections even though my lease ended in October 2022. They also NEVER fixed ANY of our maintenance requests but would mark that they were completed. There werent screens on all the windows which are required by law. Our stove had 2 burners not working for nearly the entire 6 month period I lived there. They specifically never answer my calls as if they put my number on a do not answer list because when I called off my sisters phone they answered right away & acted as though they would fix the issue yet I have not heard from them since & of course theyre back to not answering any calls or anything of the likes. This business needs to be shut down. They break so many laws & are the absolute worst property management company Ive ever experienced.

The property was left in disarray and damaged. Unfortunately, as the property management firm, we have to hold someone accountable for these damages. As a firm, it is our duty to carry out the contract as it is written to protect both the landlord and the tenants from breaking the law towards each other. In this case, there were extensive damages that we have to uphold. We are sorry to be the bearers of bad news and we honestly do wish you the best. Thank you

      As the property owner they did not disclose the entirety of work that they quoted me for. They were going to charge me over a thousand dollars for what they only told me was a gutter cleaning for a single story **** sq/f house. When I wasn't getting answers, by my own admission, I became upset and sent an angry email about how I felt this was a scam. Instead of trying to resolve the conflict with their paying customer I was left a passive aggressive voicemail about how they don't like how I'm talking to them and a heated phone call over the situation with no resolution over the problem. The part that I take issue with that sparked the whole debacle was that they are not providing me a quote that breaks down the cost and ther services provided, or photos justifying it. Something that I feel most people would want to see when paying a large sum of money.

      We are sincerely sorry that you felt that the repairs needed were a scam.  Due to inflation, costs across the board have significantly increased the last couple of years, this situation is no exception.  On top of this, we use licensed and bonded vendors.  We realize that this sometimes means a disconnect between what our clients think something will cost and what it actually does cost.  We were not keeping you in the dark, its simply a matter of what trusted companies charge for a gutter cleaning on a single story **** sq/ft house.  While we do our best to keep costs down, we never sacrifice quality, safety, liability, etc. for a cheaper price.

      I have been waiting for my deposit to be returned sense I have moved on Jan. 24th.**** sent me a check that could not be cashed because the branch in cali is closed. they said they would do a direct deposit on the 1st of March. It did not show up. they sent anther check from the same acct. not good, called and was told they canceled the new check and the deposit should be in my acct by the tenth, still no show, called and was told it should be here by the 21st, how long are we to wait for our deposit. i am disappointed and disabled and border line homeless. I need help with this.

      I spoke with ****** this morning. We have issued payment to her 5 times. She is unable to deposit or cash this check as she does not have a bank account to associate with. Therefore, we have had to come up with a work around by issuing her a cashiers check which we have done today. She is coming in today to receive this payment. We issued payment immediately upon her exit. Her inability to deposit or cash the check is none of our concern unfortunately.
