I asked the plumber to come out they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone for a free estimate or how much it would cost they said they needed to come out and when they did he looked inside the toilet and realized that the inside guts needed to replaced so he said it would be need to rebuild as what they would put it. which is replacing all the parts is another way of putting it. It would cost me $572 with 5% military discount absolutely ridiculous amount charged I felt like I got taken advantage of it should have cost no more than $300 if that....the part only cost $35 at ******* or ****** and I'm sure he went to one of those places to get the part.I watched him the whole time he didn't do anything fancy I'm very mad at myself to this day that I allowed this company to take advantage of me the manager said he would call me he called me I called him back he's not at work until following week so I'm getting the runaround and again they got $572 from me I absolutely upset with this company.Then I asked him just because he was here to get his opinion on what he would charge me on a couple other jobs like replacing the sink fixtures in the shower fissures and the kitchen fixtures and then to fix two of my leaks on the outside of my house and not even kidding you he came up with $600 /$525 oh and then if we do the things outside if you really expensive I'm sorry is that your number that you only give us up in the $500 plus I feel at this point you guys should be a shame and sure your sleeping pretty good $572 for replacing the guts of the inside of the toilet and that's it!!! So it cost me $572 is what they quoted me for the job was done so $537 in your pocket! For something that should have only cost me like maybe Max $300 and that's the high number! Frustered!!!!
