I contacted day and night plumbing because I had a leak. The owner of day and night was wonderful and he set me up with an appointment with one of his employees named *****. ***** was wonderful. At first ***** found the problem which was The guest bathroom toilet. He quoted me a price which I agreed upon but we decided to go ahead and have them do both toilets to make everything match in the bathrooms. ***** brought his friend to help install the toilets the next day. There was a problem with the master bathroom ****** and it would need to be replaced which ***** told me would now be more expensive. ***** said they would have to drill on the tile around the toilet to put the ****** in. Something kept telling me it was wrong. ***** took the toilet out of the box for the master bathroom and left it there for my handyman. ***** had told me that they were going to charge me $3,000 to drill and install the master bathroom toilet plus the balance left on both toilets. I had given A deposit for each toilet in the amount of $602 and $478 on the 7th of September .***** charged me $1,960 total on the 8th. The handyman came to install the toilet and he only charged me $125. There was no drilling on the tile. The handyman used plaster let it dry and then drilled four holes and installed the toilet Wow! I was ripped off and taken advantage of. I learned an extensive ******* Will never use them again

The company charged $1,041.51 to fix a kitchen sink leakage.Charged two hours for working precisely one hour.Charged extraordinary amounts for minor supplies (e.g., a bit of solvents, glue for $45, etc.).This includes trip charges and time sitting in his car to send me the invoice.You would think we had a heart surgeon making a house call (even then, I don't think it would have cost over one thousand for an hour's visit.).

Hi was completely mislead by this company. The people who took my call stated without hesitation it would be a free estimate. As a single parent struggling to make ends meet - and trying desperately to maintain a home - its important to me that people are honest and that I am getting free estimates for jobs that need to be done. I have to budget everything in to my daily routine. I was shocked when the employee told me there was a trip charge and the cost $98.17! This was not only something I didnt not expect but also information that I would have not agreed to if the person who made the appointment told the truth! I was mislead and lied to by the first point of contact at customer service and want a refund. Thats money that I desperately needed and did not agree to.

Nov 2018 I had a Water tank installed by ********** Plumbing. The ***************** was fast and efficient. It looked like they knew what they were doing and were explaining the process throughout the installation. I was with them the entire time watching the progress. They left and it looked like a good installation to me, I trusted there work and installation process. Fast forward 3 years I was getting an Air Conditioning unit Installation, Not by ********** Plumbing, inspected for Code. The inspector said the ** unit was great but noticed the Water Tank Installation was not up to Washington State Water Heater Code: W** 51-56-0500 section ***** Seismic Provisions. Water heaters shall be anchored or strapped to resist horizontal displacement due to earthquake motion. Strappings shall be at points within the upper one-third and lower one-third of its vertical dimensions. At the lower point, a distance of not less than four (4) inches (102 mm) shall be maintained from the controls to the strapping. I contacted ********** Plumbing about this and they explained to me that this was an option that I turned down. I explained that I was not made aware of this and I firmly believe this should NOT be an option as it is clearly a code violation if they are not installed. ********** Plumbing said they would come out and install straps for $245 with no trip charge. I purchased my own straps at ********** for $20.00 expecting a discount for the parts. The representative from ********** Plumbing showed up at my house this morning to install the straps for $245. No discount for the parts I had purchased. I informed the representative that I didn't think it was right to be charged that amount to put 4 holes in my wall to attach these straps that should have been previously installed. I can't imagine the time required to install these being more then 30 min to an hour. I am more then capable of installing these straps but wanted to give ********** Plumbing the opportunity to make it right. When I informed the ********** Plumbing representative that I was not going to pay that price to attach 4 bolts to attaching studs he was very nice explaining to me where I was to position the straps to comply with the installation code.
