    Most of the communication with the scheduler was via text. The communication was that the cost was in part based on square footage. I communicated my square footage and noted that there is limited use of several rooms and that they would never clean in my office. I asked for a list of what they typically perform in a cleaning and was referred to their website which has this list: https://www.exceptionalcleaning.com/60-point-checklist.html The staff showed up on Friday July 8th and right away were on their phones texting / face timing meanwhile I am charged by the hour. I had a busy workday; however, I briefly went to look at their efforts upstairs when they went downstairs and found that the floors were not appropriately mopped, shower was still dirty, toilets were not completely cleaned, and areas dusted were not actually dusted. I called the manager and communicated this. She said this staff only had experience cleaning empty homes and that I should show them what needed redone. She also said you never asked for the laundry area to be cleaned so why would they have cleaned that room. Note previous discussion was all rooms but my office? When showing staff the floor not properly mopped, her response was that it was stained. I grabbed just a wet rag and was able to clean it immediately without cleaner or any real muscle. I did not have time to check the efforts they reperformed or downstairs before they left, I was working. When I did have time to do so I found that they broke a priceless item from my travels and did not clean well or all the things on the checklist downstairs either. When communicating this, with pictures to the scheduler/ manager I was told it either wasnt on the list (even when I could see it was) or that I should have better communicated my expectations and better checked their efforts. I had to pay someone another $150 the next day to reclean or clean all the things they did not. I paid them $250 (5 hours)

    Weve been using their services for years and loved them. New owners have come in and its not the same. The jacked our price by 35% for starters. We used to see the same people now we never know whos going to show up. Its sad that the new owners ruined a good business.
