    I stayed at this business in July 5-6 of 2021 for a 1 night stay. I paid my entire balance at the time. On September 18, 2022, they charged me mysteriously for $64.50, even though I didn't stay at their location, nor was even in ******. I was back in ********** at my home. When I contacted them to ask them to credit me back, they refuse. The manager, *****, and ******** lead, ****, said that I've already been credited for that amount of $64.50 back in July of 2021. That is simply not the case. I've sent over screenshots and supporting documentation to show their unfounded claims. I've shown the payment I made for the 7 rooms I used back in July 5-6 of 2021, as well as another screenshot that shows the erroneous charge they made to my credit card in September of 2022. Please help me get my money back! Thank you!

    If I can give negative reviews I would. If I can shut a business down this is one that woukd need it. Tonight Oct 29th, 2021 we had q reservation set with this hotel. We had clearly disclosed we had 2 dogs. One is a big dog. One is little. It's not like we can hide a malamute under our jacket.Well from the start the older lady at the front desk was rude. She obviously hates her job or life or something idk. The staff there is extremely unprofessional.We finally got our room cards and went to the room which at first glance looked decent. But then a strong odor hits you. I cant pin point it. But ok we dealt with it and still decided to stay as eventually the smell subsided and it was only for 1 night.Then I decided to go take a bath and relax. The drains were broken in the bathroom, the towel i had, had q ***** stain on it. And when I brought it all up to staff, the lady told me nothing she can do and rolled her eyes??? Are you kidding me?!?!?!?So after giving up and going back to our room they asked for my girl as she is the main name on the hotel room and asked if she can come down and sign an undisclosed pet clause. They clearly knew we had pets we had to walk them right by them!!! So my girl started reading it and it said they were gonna charge us more money per pet. That was it.. I told them we had disclosed it. We had to... we can't hide 2 dogs when one is large.. then when I mentioned all calls are recorded, then please pull the recording of the phone call and immediately they said we had to leave the premises and they will not be refunding us our money. I said that's fine ill just call my bank and have it marked as a fraudulent charge and get the charge back. We went to the room and packed what little we had. Within 10 mins of us packing and heading down the hallway, we were met by 4 officers. Do not stay here!!! Read the reviews beneath me.. they are known thieves and apparently have been doing this for many months.
