We thank you for brining the appointment on 3/26/2024 to the forefront. We have reviewed the entries made into our account system as well as the transcript from the call into our office on March 18th where you spoke to and made your appointment with one of our Dispatchers. In that conversation she did explain all that is involved in our Guardian Maintenance programs regarding your Air Conditioner and your Furnace. You opted for a 1-year maintenance program on the Air Conditioner only, over the 3 and 5 year that was offered to you for 2-pieces of equipment. Upon arrival you did ask our technician to also include the furnace maintenance, to which both were performed at your home. In regard to the filter(s). It was stated by our dispatcher who spoke with you that the filter for this equipment would be changed. These 2 pieces of equipment have a 4 Merv 8 filter designed to protect them from debris and keep you system running optimally. This 4 filter was changed out at this service as promised.
Unfortunately for both parties,the Make-up air system was not mentioned in this conversation. We do have a maintenance program for that as well, where yes, the filter could be changed or washed if it is washable. These are more of a specialty filter we need to order prior to the appointment.
On March 26th you did ask the technician about the Make-Up air filter, to which he did not have one. He did offer to replace it if you had one on hand. Per our notes, you left the house to go purchase one, but upon return you refused to pay for the services we had provided to you and your home. Our accounting department did send you an invoice for payment of these services since we were not able to collect on March 26th, however you have not been sent to any collection agency.
