      Just like everyone else. Ordered and paid for something, and in "order confirmed" limbo 14 days later. No reason for the delays, and order status does not reflect what customer service agent said in email (which took days, and multiple requests to get a response to). Not right. Will be submitting a claim with credit card company.

      BUYERS BEWARE! Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. While their goods are gorgeous, their customer service is HORRENDOUS. My order was supposed to ship weeks ago. I emailed customer service, got a response, was told it would ship by 8/8. Still (its 8/12/2024), my order hasn't shipped. There is no number to call. I sent in another email, and was told, and I QUOTE "We will get back to you from time to time" by agent **************** What does this even mean? This is simply unacceptable. Where is my order? Why can't anyone resolve my issue? I paid for items that have yet to ship, and cant even get a REAL UPDATE from this company!

      If you're risk-aversed, PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I know, their products are so beautiful and it's tempting. As others have stated, if something unfortunately goes wrong with your order there is no way to CALL customer service to immediately resolve the problem. Emails if you're lucky get answered in a week. Refunds get processed whenever they get around to it. If you decide to take the risk, purchase on a credit card, refuse delivery of damaged/defective products you can inspect on arrival. If applicable, sign as damaged or defective and do not keep/receive the product. Dispute charges with your credit card company and do not cancel your dispute because they will ask you. Reorder product if you so choose, repeat process until the product arrives in acceptable condition. You have consumer rights no matter what their policy states! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Consumer protection act and Fair Credit Billing Act are your friends. Research your rights.

      Ive never left a review, but I think potential customers should be warned. Ive never received such terrible customer service. The company sent me a broken table. It took two weeks for them to respond just to let me know how to send the table back to them to get a replacement. Then took another week for them to send me the correct shipping label. Its been almost 3 weeks since that point and I have not been able to have anyone call me back or email me back regarding our replacement table even though they have received the defective table back. You cannot speak to a live person, and every email gets an automatic response that it may take several days to hear back from anyone. Stay away from this company.

      Terrible customer service. I received a damaged product (damaged in multiple areas). I sent them photos and they offered to replace it after I send them my product back. They said I had to pay $14.99 to return the product and then they would send a replacement. It should not cost me additional money for having to return a damage product. If Schoolhouse Electric is going to overcharge on goods, they should stand by their product and do what is right. They should send me an undamaged product.

      Long story short. I purchased my ********************* in early fall (September '23) and I didn't receive until February '24 (5 months and 4 holidays later). I FINALLY received the lamp and the base was dented and the cheap, flimsy light switch didn't even work. The lamp is pretty, but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. They gave me a return label, so I could exchange the lamp. I shipped back right away. They received it back on March 12. I have yet to see my replacement. Today is March 26. Horrible, horrible customer service. Can't even talk to anyone. At this point I just want my money back.

      The lights look pretty but they are NOT WORTH IT. I have received nothing but terrible customer service and their products are expensive and not good quality. Lights were difficult to install (bad design) and came without any instructions. customer service was slow (taking multiple days to respond to urgent requests) and dismissive of my experience (sending form letters in response to actual concerns). My request for a refund was sent within five minutes of making my purchase and they failed to provide any refund at all.

      I placed an online order for Pasta Bowls over 11 weeks ago and still have not received them. I've sent multiple emails to customer service and, aside from the fact that it takes weeks for them to respond, their response has been wholly inadequate. I just received an email stating that my order "was making its way through the manufacturing process" (really??) and that they could not provide me with an estimated delivery date. There is no online number to call and their chat bot is ridiculously unsatisfactory. This order was purchased as a gift and the birthday has long passed. I'll never do business with this company again.

      I placed an order for 2 light fixtures at the beginning of December 2023. They were supposed to ship out by the 1st of January ****. Despite several calls & one email, I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my request for a shipping update. Though ONE person did return my call & promised to get back to me with a date, it has been well over a ******** have still not received any answers. I have never had a problem with an order in the past, but it is upsetting to be ignored when I do need help resolving one.

      I placed an order on December 26. My AMEX was charged immediately. "We...will notify you once it ships." January 9, I still haven't received that notification. I still have only received auto-replies to my several queries to **************** (made by email, and by Messenger via their FB page).It's a small order - less than $100 - but it's my first one from these folks and I don't have a good feeling about how this is going to turn out. I hope I'll hear from them. I hope they have what I ordered, in stock.
