      I was going to buy a recliner there but after discovering their policies I wont ever shop there again. Took a sample home to see if it would match what I already have. Had to pay a $50 deposit and was told if I didnt get it back in three days it was none refundable. Brought sample back the next day and since I didnt buy something right then was told I wouldnt get a full refund of my deposit. Unbelievable! Buyer beware.

      Key Home does not stand behind the products they sell. I custom ordered exactly what my friend had except the material was discontinued. I confirmed with the sales rep, the material we selected was high quality. They have 100s of fabric so I could have selected a different one. When the sofa/loveseat arrived, I called immediately because the cushions looked like they had too much material on them. After sitting on it for 45 minutes the cushion and back were dented in and did not come back to shape even after 48 hours. Also, the top of the sofa seam stitching was gapped and crooked. When I called and told them the product was not the quality I saw and ordered. I was told everyone has a different definition of quality. I understand custom orders are not returnable but the salesperson new exactly what I wanted and looked up my friend's order to order the same exact sofa. Sadly, for $7,000 I received a sofa/loveseat that was not even close to my friends and seat imprints stayed in for days after sitting on it for 45 minutes. These looked worse than the 12 yr old couch we replaced. I have actually never seen a sofa look so bad. I was told this was up to manufactures specs and performing exactly like it should. The selected fabric was "memory" fabric and I should smooth them out after sitting on it. I don't think fabric should need to be smoothed out after sitting and the fabric was so loose, we couldn't smooth it out. After fighting with them, they charged me a 25% restocking fee, which I reluctantly agreed because the product looked so bad it was embarrassing. Also, they kept $655 I paid for the extended warranty, which I think is stealing because I purchased it and warranties are non-transferable. I only had the sofa for 3 weeks so I assume they canceled it and kept the money. Bottom line, Key Home does not stand behind their products. Avoid Key Home and purchase from a retailer that will stand behind defective quality that the consumer did not order.

      Just horrible, dishonest people from sales to customer service to quality of furniture. Last October we ordered over 8k in furniture. We were told that we would have the furniture no later than ***. Of 2022. Some of it didn't arrive until around June. One nightstand was damaged and missing and the headboard had nails sticking out of it. Around August we finally got the nightstand and new headboard. The ottoman we recieved was defective and needed a new top that part also took until the warehouse recieved it. They won't deliver it. If I want it I have to drive 2 hours one way to get it. I'm 73 years old and disabled but that doesn't matter to these people they just want your money just like the sleaziest used car salesman you could ever imagine. Stay far away there's better places to shop.
