My fence was installed by ****'s in 2016. There were no problems until a portion of the fence and post was taken down by a neighbor's large ************ during the January storm.When clean up progressed and it was time to repair the fence I was helped by ****** who came out to provide an repair estimate and worked with my insurance company to provide the detailed information they were requesting to address my storm damage claim.**** and ***** arrived at the ************* scheduled and were very efficient in repairing the fence back to original condition and were considerate and patient with my questions.I want to thank ************* team for their efficiency and excellent customer service which was greatly appreciated. Everything from the estimate to the installation was a good ******************** was reasonable. ******************* were quick while maintaining a ********************.

I had ricks fencing put up a good neighbor fence. I asked if it was going to be Western Red Cedar, they said yes. It wasn't. They brought boards in the worst shape. I found boards that were crooked , cracked with holes and missing edging. I was told the metal wouldn't show,, the Silver metal shows. They forgot the steps and had to come back. They also built a porch and porch cover. I felt like I got a fast Cookie. Cutter version, which was not what I had anticipated. Some of the materials used were old, grey and weathered. I had an inspector come out he said the roof 'BARELY' passed for the shingle roof to be used. The Manager was ' " LIVID" that I would question the work done by Ricks fencing. I am continuing my projects and landscaping. I have and area I needed more fencing but I wasn't going back to 'Ricks Fencing' again, EVER! I found an EXCELLENT Contractor, ' BUENA VISTA Hardscaping'. They used quality Western Red Cedar and the Quality of the wood and the labor is phenomenal. Unfortunately, the difference in the quality of wood and workmanship is noticeable. (Live and learn) When Ricks was a small company years back, they were artistic and did quality work. Now? Don't go by what they 'Use to be'. They do not do quality work anymore , nor do they seem to take pride in their work. When they showed ** in the morning, These guys didn't even know what it was that I wanted. They also didn't want me in my back yard. Hmmm... They used some grey weathered wood and I had them come back out and sand it. Then they forgot to build the steps. Then... on and on. It just wasn't worth dealing with them. '***************************'. was the only decent person I worked with that didn't have a ' BULLY mentality', unfortunately, he doesn't call the shots. Although the Manager could learn some lessons from him in Communication. Always be alarmed when people get huffy if you question the work you have paid for.

I'm very pleased with the fence estimated and built by ****'s. Our installers, ********************* and *********************** were knowledgeable, courteous and consulted us whenever it made sense to do so. They found a discrepancy between the estimate and what we wanted, and resolved it very quickly. The work was completed in one day, with good cleanup after the installation.

**** and ***** did a excellent job on my new fencing. Always keep me in the loop of what was going on and making sure it was what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and did great work!! Will be using them again

****'s did a great job on fencing for our backyard. It was somewhat challenging because we are on a hill and there were various terraces and slopes to deal with so the fence would follow the ground closely to keep our cat in the yard. They put in a chain link fence across the back and a cedar picture frame/overlap fence down the sloping side of the yard with a custom gate to match our deck railing. The crew of **** and ****** did a great job and were very communicative and responsive to our particular needs, going out of their way to be sure the fencing came out just the way we wanted. They worked through the rain to get the job done and it looks great. I would definitely recommend ****'s for fencing projects.

Excellent work done in timely manner. Had Ricks deliver the materials and install the posts(the worst part!) had my fence put together in 3 days.

Needed entire fence replaced. ****** planning and installation teams listened and responded to our instructions/requests and performed the job per ************** which required some modifications of the original plan. **** and ****** arrived timely, conducted themselves politely and efficiently, cleaned up the work area daily, and checked in with us regularly to make sure things were proceeding according to our expectations. The fence enhances our living area and ******************** are pleased with the finished product. We will definitely contact ****** for any future fencing needs and would be happy to work again with **** and ******.

Loved my experience with ******* This was my third time using them for my fencing needs, and they've not disappointed yet. Estimate was clear, and the rep was pleasant. ********************* were quick, efficient, and thorough with installing the new fence. Loved that they worked with both me and my neighbor to make everything go smoothly. Install happened on May 25, 2022.
