Terrible company terrible customer service terrible response time to outages. If there was another option Id switch in a heartbeat but am forced to be repeatedly violated by them. Their latest mishap was setting up a second account on our families property because they wouldnt accept our money on his original account that had become disconnected due to nonpayment. Made my father provide his passport and ID as well as my own to make the necessary changes to his account to accept our money, only to find out 3 months later they set up an additional account in my name after informing him via phone and me via email that only the name on the original account would change and could continue paying as normal. When confronted they tried to delete the original account out of the app and claim it was inactive months ago after issuing bills and accepting payments under that account. Now the power is disconnected due to non payment on a dual account that we didnt know existed. Literal slum lords continuing to abuse me after being asked to stop. This is the worst company to ever exist within the ************************. The term customer service does not exist. Avoid moving anywhere within their service are if at all possible.

I am sorry to hear this customer is upset at our **********************.  I am very aware of the circumstances related to this person.  Our company has tried to contact him MULTIPLE times in the past couple of days to discuss his concerns and find ways to assist him.  He has emailed that he cannot call our office as he works swing shift and is asleep during the day.  Because of this, I have left my personal cell phone number on his voice mail so he could call me at his convenience at any time and I could try and help.  His responses to our staff (via email) have been exceptionally unkind and sometimes border on abusive; however, we are still all working to try to help him and resolve his complaints.  Unfortunately, we have not had the chance to talk with him by phone as he has not returned our calls.  Ohop Mutual prides itself on excellent customer service and friendliness.  Even when someone comes to our office angry, our goal is to do our best to help them and resolve the issue.  Even with the unfriendly statements about us in his review to the BBB, we are still here to treat him with kindness and find a way to help.
