              On August 30th, 2022 at 5:20pm I entered the bank asking ******* to make a $60 withdrawal. She refused stating they do not do so did non-members. This is my 3rd visit to this location to make the same transaction as have previously never been an issue. ******* asked ****, her branch manager. I recognized Endi immediately as it was she will offered to proceed with the transactions previously. No notice was provided, but asked kindly to proceed with the current transaction but understood no longer in the future. Endi refused. I mentioned I would escalate this appropriately and Endi authorized ******* to call *****, a manager, who also refused. To resolve, this bank needs to provide proper notice of any changes to the public outside their door to avoid any future transaction issues. I was strongly considering opening an account, but do to the effect there's little no leniency I highly recommend against opening an account with this bank. Please also note, the bank was able to produce documentation supporting this policy change.

              Worst bank ever. Steer way clear. What kind of bank would write there is no law that says we have to mail you a monthly account statement and then palm off a two year old annual report. Is Peoples Community Fed. Credit Union still solvent? Why would they hold ones personal data hostage in the tech monster?********** STARS or less if if it were possible.
