      This companies garnishment paperwork is not legal. The dates are wrong the filings are blank and there is not file stamp on the paperwork. They are trying to collect a debt that is 12 years old, They are saying my husband was served when i have the sorry we missed you letter sitting in front of me he was never served. they are saying he was. My husband never got any paper work from this collector what so ever.

      Terrible customer service, first guy wasnt willing to get me any information regarding the claim, I figured it out on my own that this was a wrongfully sent to collections was able to get it canceled and the 2nd person I talked to interrupted me and proceeded to raise her voice to over power mine in asking a question but wouldnt give me time to explain or respond. I hope the company sees this and listens to the recording and acknowledge how poor their customer service/care is. There are some people in this world that dont have debt, regardless and I sure dont appreciate being treated like s*** and I dont think its appropriate to be rude especially when finances are already a rough subject. Show some compassion.

      Called to find out the status of my account and representative was very rude, kept interrupting as I was asking for clarification, and eventually hanged up on me. I really hope the company would address this sort of behavior. Totally not acceptable.

      I get occasional calls from this company and never answer them. They don't leave a voice mail, either, which right away puts me in high suspicion mode. Any reputable company calling for a legitimate purpose would leave a message.If they're truly calling about a debt (and I can't think of any that aren't already on a payment plan) then I want something in writing anyway. I don't respond to ANY kind of telephone soliciation.

      Unbelievably rude from the beginning. ZERO human decency. I received a call from them regarding a payment I owed at a medical clinic. The outstanding balance was a mistake and I was just trying to get some more information. The woman was rude from the beginning. She talked down to me and said she didn't "care" about me or anything I was saying as I was the one referred to the collection agency - I mean WOW. In time of Covid and financial strain, it saddens me greatly that people like her (and this company) exist. As a teacher of 5th graders, I teach my students to be kind and to treat all human beings the same way. Basic human decency would be the LEAST expected from this company and I didn't even receive that. These are real people with real lives they are speaking with. As a single mom of three children, I am horrified at the way I was spoken too. No one should be made to feel the way she made me feel. I am grateful the call was recorded so there is proof. Completely unprofessional. Awful people skills and I was made to feel in trouble, stupid and unworthy of her time. I am talking with ******** ******s billing department and supervisor and will do everything in my power to get ******** ***** to drop this company and take up with another company for their collections - a company that will, at a minimum, be professional and kind.
