            I was told that I would have to pay a $55 fee if I rescheduled my 6:15 pm appointment until the next day when I called 7 hours beforehand. My reason was explained that I had transportation problem. I expressed my opinion that it didnt feel right to go to a clinic if this was how patients were treated. The receptionist stated that she would check with *****************. I did not get a reply until a couple of days later. Despite going there for 20 years, mostly for a monthly appointment, I received a very inappropriate reply from the doctor citing my action as a no show which it was not. It was so bad I decided to go elsewhere. It is unethical to treat patients this way.She left a long phone message that it was unfair for her business to not be paid, that It was insulting and that I was disrespectful. That she felt hurt and offended. This is incredibly unprofessional
