7-13-22 I took my vehicle for a car battery replacement. Shop manager drove my vehicle from parking lot and hit the shop bay entrance with my car. I have a dash cam the recorded all of this. He told me to take it to service king ********* and get an estimate and he said I will be taken care of. The shop manager has not returning my phone calls and always say he is busy. He finally gave me his insurance (Pemco) he said Midas wont repair my vehicle or give me a rental car. It has to come out his insurance (Pemco) I called *************** and they have no record of the accident claimed. I have called Midas customer service and ask for the district or regional manager to call me. And they wont give his or her number. And they wont call me. Case #*******.The shop Manager name is ************************* cross land. I even more concerned they he told me that he doesnt drive and when I called ***************, they said he didnt have auto insurance. Midas even though the shop is franchise own, they should be paying for the damages. The shop manager refuses to have the franchise owner to call me and take care of me.Last time I spoke with the shop manager he lied and told me thats his insurance wants me to pick another ********* company , even though he is the one thats told me to go to service *********.
