    On Sep 15th I brought my car to Maaco for an estimate it was ******* when I asked the manager how long he said 2 weeks I explained no I can't do that I needed it back in a week no later, I thanked him,upon leaving the Office manager and mechanic stopped me and said if I paid them ******* upfront for parts they could have it back in a week, so I paid the *******.on Oct 13th I dropped off the Car and told the office manager see ya in a week, Oct 19th I called Maaco to discuss a pick up time and was told by the same office manager that I had dealt with that the parts just arrived and it would not be ready, I then explained how the terms of the agreement was a weeks time, why was I not called and given the opportunity of a refund and to go elsewhere? I asked him why he didn't tell me this upon me dropping off the vehicle, he had no response at all just that it wouldn't be done before the end of the week so I explained I had to have it by 845 AM on Friday, he said yes, about 3 hours later he calls to tell me about hidden damage and they have that part but it would be an additional 6 or 7 hundred dollars, I said just fix it so I can get it Friday, again he said okay, I call Thursday the 21st to ensure my pick up time and same office manager says yes they are working on it now it will be ready to go, I get a call several hours later stating again No it won't be done until 11 am, they called at closing time so I couldn't respond, I call at 8 am on Friday and they refused to return my call, finally at 830 am ****** answers and says it still isn't done and won't be until 10 AM. this company is shameless and will take your money, Breach contracts and think that because they do not answer to a corporation that they can defraud the average consumer and that's exactly what they did, they had an obligation to notify me if they couldn't complete the timeline given but instead they chose to keep my funds, offer no resolution except adding $700.00 to the ****.

    This Maaco branch location in Kent did a horrific job of painting my passenger side doors. First off they made additional scratches and the paint job had TONS of bubbles in it, which ultimately leads to the peeling of the entire paint on the body of the car. Then not only that they use a plastic film that goes over the car, and they placed this plastic film incorrectly on my car which baked onto it. For this, they did nothing to help and said it was not their responsiblity. YET THEIR WORKERS DID THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY CAR. Now I have to find another detail shop to get it fixed. STAY CLEAR from these people, they take shortcuts and do not use high-quality products or skillmanship.
