While travel nursing I was involved in a hit and run. First thing I asked was if they were certified in working on MB Sprinters, if they had previous experience. I asked about timing, and they said it could be done in 2-4 weeks, that they wanted to help a nurse out.Their office manager ***** was kind, but quickly apparent that communication with the owner ************** ****, mostly through Lizzys texts, lacked honesty. First it would be almost done, then they couldnt get my door to lock. Then I got a photo of the finished vehicle and they never painted my wheel or replaced wheel cap.When I picked up the vehicle I immediately noticed the gap between my sliding door/ B-pillar & didnt want to pick it up. *********** fought with *** saying it was right and that their techs van looked like mine. Driving it sounded like the door was open. I brought it to a MB dealer that agreed with *** **** figured out that my Bpillar was put on crooked, ****** did a door alignment the best they could. Owner **** was quite nasty over it. They also never fixed my passenger window motor, left the internal molding of the door not flush, and never put the plastic molding on the outside passenger door correctly so I had to tape it down. They claimed they couldnt get a wheel cap because they were old.When I called stating that my trust was broken **** said it was all my fault & hung up on me. I then drove back home East and began search for a shop who could do revision work. Working through my insurance, though no one denied work was wrong, was a terrible headache. I just got my vehicle back, fixed my a reputable ***** ****** said ******* was smashed on, They were able to fix everything International Collision was too lazy/ incompetent to fix, including wheel cover. Take my hard life ****** as an example and please avoid this shop at all costs. This BBB rating is a lie.
