My dad is handicapped, couldnt see ****! Wouldnt let us in the handicapped spot. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.MY POOR FATHER COULDN'T F****** WALK

Tonight was absolutely horrible. We pulled in our handicap parking spot and they tried to squeeze us in. A spot where a lady smacked my car with a door and the spot next to us had tents set up so you couldn't park. When leaving i had to guide the person driving my car cause they barely could fit through the isle due to a truck parked out so far from a tent being up. We paid to go see *************** and could only stay for a half hour of his show and honestly that was pushing it. There was soooo many people on the lawn seats that you couldnt walk through so people kept smacking up with their chairs or bags, or spillong beer down our backs because they refused to go around where there was a hole instead of stepping all over us, our chairs, or things we bought there. I am highly upset and i WANT my money back. I feel they just put way to many people in there to make up for not being open during covid and then charge way to much for their tickets. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL and I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY.

We went to a concert in July 2022. They advertise ***** were available to/from the concert so we used an ****. We were also told to wait til most of the crowd was gone that they would give us a ride to the **** area which was about a mile away or they would let the **** into Lot A to pick us up.. We did what they said.We had trouble getting a **** or a taxi. When we finally did get one, he cancelled when they wouldn't let him in closer. we continued to try to get an **** or taxi. By this time it was 90 min after the concert had ended. Only a few staff were still there.We felt stranded, We asked for help.No one helped us. When we finally got an **** to come and agree to wait, the staff told us that we would have to walk. They wanted us to walk through this park, very little lighting, uneven footing and no signs to direct us to the mile walk to where we needed to go. We pleaded with them to either give us the ride we were promised or let the **** driver in to Lot A to pick us up. Theyagain refused and yelled at us that we had to walk. One staff was very unpleasant to my husband. By now we had been pushed to our limit as well. I was crying as they yelled at each other. We started to walk toward the mile walk of twist and turning roads, not knowing if we would ever find our way. I am 61 yrs old, afraid of falling as I had a recent fall this past year. No one there would help us. We were very upset how we were treated, how they gave us misleading information and we were afraid to walk with little lights or signs to guide us, it it was potentially putting us in danger. Finally an older staff member came and gave us a golf cart ride to the **** area. I would never been able to walk all that ways at this point. Had they told us earlier we could have walked with the crowds of people, instead of 2 hours later , alone and in the dark . The actual concert was great, but don't **** or taxi.The parking area is far away too.The staff was rude and didn't help us at all.

Horrible! Never again will we go there. We completely missed *************************** and Barely made it for ***********************. Handicapped parking is a joke. No one to help the handicapped capped to the venue. I walked about 20 minutes from where we parked. Not enough ticket takers and no one to direct you where your seats are. All if this after sitting in traffic for over 2 hours to get to the venue. Will never go back.
