My wife and I very pleased with our new deck. The craftsmanship is of high quality, with all work completed on time and to specification. Most importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with - from the salesman, to the project manager, to the installation crew - was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. All steps in the process were clearly communicated to us, and any follow-*** were prompt and thorough. I would not hesitate to refer others to this company. I really wish all contractors would adhere to Woodland's high standards of workmanship and customer service.Review from Camille & Cassius W

The quality of service provided by the Woodland Decking company was excellent; from the initial meeting (discussing the deck design) through each phase of the deck construction (explaining all the details during the process), the Woodland staff was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. Construction was completed in 3 days; additionally, on the first day, the Woodland team worked through difficult weather conditions.During the building process, the Woodland crew made sure not to damage our yard and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. My wife and I were impressed with the politeness, work ethic, and the skills of each member of the Woodland team; it was clear the entire crew took pride in the final product. We were pleased with the service from start to finish. The sales rep explained the options carefully and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, The materials we selected were modestly priced and high-quality. Our old deck was removed quickly and neatly. The construction ******* ran a great team operation, paid attention to details, and answered my questions well. Definitely recommended.Review from Linda M

I reached out to Woodland Deck for a quote on refinishing my deck. Even though their website clearly states that they do offer this service. I was told that they only design and install new composite decks. If they don't offer the service listed, then maybe it should be removed from the website."

Thank you for your feedback. It is very valuable to us, as we strive to continuously meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. You are correct- because we no longer offer that service, our website will be updated. As our company grew, we were unable to offer every service we had in the past when we were smaller, and so we pursued the services we were best at: building new decks.If you should ever decide to build a new deck, we would love to serve you!
