      My company provides house manager tasks for high end clients. I hire, negotiate and manage many contractors. I am grateful for a company that has the knowledge and equipment to handle my client's large projects as well as regular maintenance. I am extremely satisfied to have had a stress-free 2023 with C and S Lawn service and Landscape! I look forward to contracting additional properties with them in 2024.       We had a great experience with C&S and all their staff (everyone is extremely courteous and professional) as they installed a new lawn, hardscape, built up beds and landscaping at our new home. They employ quality products and workmanship. We have new projects and maintenance in process with them for this coming year.

      The owner was very rude, intimidating and had me in tears. When I asked a question he appeared to be upset and even walked away. Do I not have the right to ask questions about my own property? He lack customer service skills. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He simply walked away not caring that he upset me. I would never recommend him.

      We are sorry you felt this way, this is not at all what actually occurred. The account manager and I actually left your place shaking because we have never had anyone talk to us in that manner. I was not trying to be intimidating by any means, that is not me. I walked away because I knew at that time this was not going to be a work relationship I wanted to pursue. When it doesnt seem like a good fit, it is always better to part ways before any kind of work starts. We had no agreements or contracts in place. We were still asked as we were leaving if we were going to do the work. When we said no, the client started yelling and cussing at us. I am personally glad this happened to me and not to one of my employees.

      I was not "cussing", and it's cursing!You are a liar! You were very rude and intimidating. You were not shaken. You laughed as you walked away! I was shaken and in tears from your intimidation! Please be aware of this horrible man.
