    I have them repair my furnace twice in a year and the unit came for repair immediately next year as well. Very poor quality of service. They quoted high price as compared to other providers with better reviews and the management was very unwilling, arrogant and stubborn. Would never recommend them.

    We are sorry you are unhappy that we were unable to provide immediate, free service after hours for equipment that was no longer under service warranty. (As you note, we did provide free labor and parts for two other previous calls.) The manufacturer provides 2 years labor and 10 years parts, and you are out of labor warranty. Despite that, we contacted your homebuilder and the manufacturer to see if they would help you . The equipment manufacturer agreed to pay fror the service call - when we called you back to let you know, you informed us that you had already went with another company (who charged $20 less). We were also sorry that you felt the need to disrespect our staff - we feel noone should be talked to the way you talked to our staff. We tried to be honest and help you. We wish you the best of luck with your repair with your new service company.

    Never wanted you to provide repair for free, or never even asked for a discounted price! I always maintained that my warranty is with Home Manufacturer (Pulte), not you, so any of my warranty issues would be dealt with Pulte, not your company. Not sure why you are misguiding that I expected free service from you. Please check your call records. And, not sure why you are getting all defensive when I am putting up with Pulte to cover it under warranty.I had to go to a different vendor because 1) Home Manufacturer (Pulte) at that point of time, still did not agree to cover under warranty and with heat picking up outside and kids living inside, I needed to fix the unit 2) ****************** your team provided on the same unit did not last more than few weeks (Serviced in Sep 2021, used for few weeks before turning to heat and then cooling never worked in 2022) 3) You were referred by zero people within my circle 4) Your quote is higher than other providers that were referred by people in my circle ($100 vs $120, yes its $20 cheaper). If I end up paying from my pocket, I would not go with a provider who did not fix it in first place and quotes higher than other providers with better referrals. As a customer, it sounds fair to me!Speaking some facts would have felt like disrespect but again those are facts that I had to bring up to counter all the excuses you keep pushing. It is a fact that I am disappointed with your service (the unit coming to repair again). It is a fact that your quote is higher than other providers with better referrals). It is a fact that if my warranty is not covering, I would prefer getting service done from another provider (given reasons above).
