They installed a new ** unit using the name ***'s HV**, even now if you call ***'s number they answer the phone saying "Bud's HV**" more than 2 years after buying out Bud's, seems like they want to mislead customers. The workers said they were done, I turned it on and before they left my driveway called them back because it was making a loud noise. Was told it would stop after a while. Had them out at least 5 more times due to the noise and it didn't cool very well, each time given another excuse. Once talked to a supervisor and was told I had the set the thermostat at or below 72 degrees to get it to work -which of course didn't help. 2 years later had another company look at it and the coil unit was 1 1/2 inches longer than my ductwork; apparently they ordered the wrong size. Rather than get the correct size the workers cut out old duckwork and taped (poorly) 2 pieces sheet metal to sort of fit it in. After the correct size coil unit and new duckwork was installed correctly by another company, the ** is quiet, puts out 10 degrees colder air and unit works 1/2 as long -the old one would run none stop from 3 pn to 7 pm (temp set at 76), would get tired of listening to the noise, turn it off around 5 and the house didn't get any warmer so the ** ran for hours without any added heat load to the house. Heard there are many problems/complaints with this company. The manager (or owner) blamed everything on the ************* but he kept them on the pay roll and should have checked their work after I called 6-8 times stating I had a problem. One of "his" workers should have seen the problem because each time someone came out it was a different person. When "bud's" initally came out to check my old ** I asked to have the new unit moved to a different location which he agreed to but when they came out they said they didn't have the items with them to install it somewhere else, sorry I didn't tell them to leave right then.

I received good service and results from **********. ****** the Technician, was courteous, efficient and understood what I needed and delivered well. I have had no electrical problems since. *************************
