I think this company is a crooked business, *********************** the owner is a good scam artist, he is just like the people on the phone and internet!

We do understand your frustration that when you arrived home there had been a leak in the upstairs bathroom due to unforeseen circumstances which did cause damage to the ceiling below plus more. We did take this seriously and worked with you to try and efficiently get this taken care of. We are currently there making the repairs necessary to clean everything up for you. It has been a pleasure working with you. Have a great day.

All their work was great. Have a new roof, Storm/entrance doors, and fence. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Recently we had windows installed. The workers were polite, friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Beware! Beware! Beware! This company is awful, never pulled a building permit for the job and violated the codes for putting vinyl siding on my home, constantly left the work site unsafe for my tenants at the end of each work day. My tenant had to attach wires and a light pole back to the home due to this companies neglect. This company never used a dumpster to keep debris in. They don't do the work themselves, instead they hire cheap labor off the street. Walked off my job for a month and a half and when this writer hired another company they showed back up. They didn't use fanfold installation, used underlay that they partially wrapped the home with, didn't use utility boxes, installed the siding before doing the windows, leaving gaps everywhere. ***** is a licensed ***** that makes a lot of false promises. This company should be shut down. This writer regrets the day I got involved with this company. They feel as though they can come and the black community and do anything. This writer gave a 1 Star because it's the only way to share the review but they don't deserve a star. Folks please stay away from this company!

We feel terrible that ************** has such a low opinion of our company. We do not just hire anyone off the street. We have worked with **** and **** on several jobs and they do excellent work. This job would have been finished quite some time ago except they ran 1 square short of the siding material. We had no idea that it would take 6 weeks for the supplier to get it back in stock. We offered ************** a $750.00 discount because of the inconvenience this caused her. *****, the owner, talked to **** and told him that he is to make any corrections to the work that ************** is not happy about. ***** has an appointment set to meet with ************** on Monday October 2nd to go over the entire job to make *** that she is happy. There will also be an inspection done. We are diligently attempting to work with ************** to ensure that she is happy with the finished project. The actual job looks great and we have pictures to show the quality of work that has been done. The crew will take away their ladders and all debris as soon as they have completed this job.

Poor customer service and Public relations ***** hing up on me.

The office was notified that her paperwork from the bank had been delivered to her house. Fed Ex does not let the customer know it has been delivered so the office called her to let her know it was delivered (we do this as a courtesy). Later ***** called her to go over the process and what was needed to move forward with the project. ****************** told ***** that she had the paperwork and she was "thinking about it" and she hung up. She then called a few days later and said that she was cancelling the project. ***** says he did not hang up on her....that she was very short with him - that he would never hang up on a customer.

EZ Acceptance builders recently replaced my kitchen cabinets, counters tops, and kitchen floor. I am impressed with the workmanship with the company. The sales ***************** was fantastic and worked with me as I made changes after speaking with him at my house to help accommodate our needs. The office staff kept me informed from when the products was ordered until it arrived. My schedule has been a little crazy at work and they worked around my schedule to make sure I would be home. The gentlemen that came to do the remodel were professional, courteous and did an amazing job with everything as well as making sure they cleaned up everything before they left. Professional, kind, helpful group at this company and I would recommend them to others for projects.

My partner and I decided to have our whole house carpeted. We had wood floor but the winter months the floors stayed to cold for me. I got a circular in the mail about EZ Acceptance Builders, **** and gave them a call. Asked some questions and sounded like a good deal. The rep came out to the house to measure the rooms and I told them what type of carpeting I would like. The next day someone came out to show samples of the carpet. I chose and went from room to room with the sample to make sure the color went with everything. The day they came out to install the carpet they moved all furniture in every room, then the contractor started in the Den and did a great job, went from there to the study to the family room and hall then came back upstairs to do the living/dining and hall and lastly the stairs. They had to cut off the bottom of some to the doors so carpet would fit. The took two days to complete and left the house in tip top order. Our price was $13,000 for the whole house which was not bad at all. Our first payment is due June 1 and we have 10 yrs to pay. EZ Acceptance **** is a great company to work with.

I was introduced to this company by my sister-in-law . She had work done to her house and she was quite pleased with them. They came to the house and went over the details of what i wanted and even though there were a few delays due to "chain shortages", the work was completed. I am quite pleased with what was done! My kitchen looks amazing; patio ceiling also amazing! I was quite pleased with the outcome. I have recommended them to other members of my family!

Please Beware!!! They are scammers from the word go....*********************** is a liar and a cheat, he came to our house and promised all this great work, the contractors that he uses are even more of idiots than him. He used *** from ***s Home Remodeling to do our roof and our windows, who he then hired ************************* from **********************, he and his wife showed up to the job everyday for 3 weeks to only work for an hour because they always had a family emergency going on, so at this point they only had a 1/4 of our roof done, so we contacted ***** and asked to have a different contractor come and finish, another fly by night crew showed up and never came back....so at this point we were fed up with it ***** offered to pay my husband to complete our roof and install the windows, well in the meantime ************************* had filed a lien against our property because he was told by ***** that we didn't want him back out here....we ended up not only paying *********************** $27,000, but we also had to pay ************************* and additional $3,000 for work that he did not complete just to have the lien removed from our property, so here we are trying to finish the job that we hired EZ Acceptance Builders to do and the city comes by and gives us a warning ticket because there was never permit pulled. We called the office to see where the permit was and the secretary who answered the phone is very very rude...she never got back to us...so now we have to pay for this permit that should have already been *************** learned to never trust a Slimy Fast talking sales idiot...Run as fast as you can if they come calling on you!

This job that EZ Acceptance and *********************** accepted should have never happened. *********************** is a contractor and wanted us to get him the money so he could do the work himself. ***** explained that we could arrange a loan but would also have to do the work. This job became a nightmare. The ********* complained about the work and tortured the workers from every crew (carpet, glass block windows, roof) from the very beginning. He cursed and treated them poorly and then preceded to throw off the roofing crew. All of our contractors have been with us for over 20 years with great reputations. ***** then decided to give ****************** the money to do the job himself. The roofer did a file a lien against the *********. ********************* ******* had to get an attorney who said he could get the lien removed because it was not filed correctly. The ********* agreed and then sued ************** *********************** called our secretary the other day and she was not rude on the phone, answered all his questions and he thanked her after. The ********* behavior is the equivalent of emotional abuse. Just by reading their statement above, shows their language, disrespect and lack of professionalism. We stand behind all of our work at all times, if a customer complains we go back and satisfy their needs. This customer was out to make money and cheat our company. We were warned by another contractor that worked with him this would happen.

Your absolutely correct, this should have never happened. **** was told by one of the office people that yes he could do the work himself, but then ***** clarified this when he came to the house that this could not happen, and we were ok with this in the beginning. Then came the nightmare....the roofers showed up to our home 3 hours later than what we were told, and it was like this for the 3 weeks that the roof was supposed to be put on, everyday was something new with them, I have children of my own and I completely understand family emergencies occur, but not everyday! And yes this went on for 3 solid weeks, they would show up work for an hour or so leave a mess all over the ground and leave, they did work one full complete and very hot day it was Labor Day we had a cookout for them. This behavior continued after that, so yes we did ask to get a different crew, because in the 3 weeks they were here they only completed a 1/4 of my roof. Not sure what the harm in that was? I mean I'm sure that not one of these contractors or workers or even the owner of EZ Acceptance would put up with that type of behavior at their homes. The roofer said that he was going to file lien, so we contacted ***** and he said that there was no way he could do that? Well he did! The company has their own lending companies they go through, which was fine, but we wanted a lower interest rate so we needed to get this taken care of before the interest started. And that's when we discovered the lien....we contacted ***** and he said they would take care of it....NOTHING....so then he contacted his contractor who said he would take care of it....and again NOTHING yes he contacted an attorney who said that this would *********** to 8 months to get this taken care of...again we didn't have time to wait we needed to close on our loan....as far as **** cursing at the workers no this never happened....This is our home and I know we only live in Barberton but I mean come on we paid them $27,000 for very poor work...we never had carpet installed as was stated in their comment, we had glass block windows installed and they were put in correctly not once did we complain about that, we had flooring installed and yes it was installed incorrectly they never leveled the floors with any floor leveling as promised they used cardboard, and were trying to go over flooring that was so old, which we ripped out for them, they were not going to put in any quarter round around the floors or transitions strips, until we asked about it and the contractor got mad about it. Yes EZ Acceptance did pay my husband to finish the roof and windows, but it still cost us more in the end because we had to pay the lien of $3,000.00 which should have been paid by EZ Acceptance...So I would like to know how we were out for money when we paid your company over $27,000.00 for work that was just awful.....plus we paid to have the lien removed from our property which was $3,000.00, so I would like to know how we are out for money???? And yes your secretary is very rude every time I or my husband has called there for anything they are always rude....and yes **** did say thank you to her. As far as torturing your contractors that's a lie!!! I have read the BBB reviews and honestly I can't find a good one, just about everyone is a complaint of some sort. I should have read them before hand. As far as myself and my husband suing *** yes we did file a suit for the money that we had to pay off for the lien, we were told by the owner of EZ Acceptance to *** him. We did go to the lawyers office with *** and *** said he would pay for half the lien up to ******* but because ****** wanted cash and *** wouldn't do it, he wanted to give him a check, and he said that if he gave us the cash he was going to have to **** us and he wanted us to sign a paper saying that we wouldn't come after him. Well that wasn't going to happen....so we tried to go about this in a nice way and no one wanted to help out....so yes we did file a suit. I'm not asking for anything other than my $3000. back....I never once said I didn't want to pay for the work that was shottliy done....that's our fault for not researching. But it will never happen again ****** learned!

I am sorry you believe what you are writing, but I have written proof from all of the contractors who worked on your house how terrible you treated each and everyone. Our company might have some bad reviews, which is normal for the thousands of jobs we do everywhere, but we have much more positve ones that we can show! We have been in business for over 30 years and your job was one of the worse situations we have ever been in. I hope you are happy with your work your husband completed by himself.
