I took my truck in for a rattle. After which was told the seal in the front was all bad so I agreed to the fix. After which they called stating both hub bearings are bad I agreed to have that fixed. After picking up the rattle was still there never made it out of their lot before it started. They took it back in said the exhaust clamp was bad picked up for second time and still rattling again never made it off the lot. They took it back in and called saying that the front u joint was bad. So I questioned them if they changed all the seals why was it the not noticed when the seal was changed no response. Picked up the explorer rattle was gone 1st bill was 1100 dollars. They charged me a additional 278 dollars plus tax. 1400 hundred dollars total. Less than a week later backed out of ****** parking space car jerked snapped and hub bearings broke. Called Monday March 29th 2022 at 800am was told they wouldn't look at it. Had another shop look at it same day and the hub bearing was not changed half the seals were not changed and I ended up paying again total cost 598 dollars and they showed me the vehicle on the lift what was not done and what they did. Called Prossers auto llc back no answer. Basically I would like to have the money back for the work they didn't do. Pictures where taken at other shop of the vehicle before they worked on it. All together I spent 1600 dollars for a job that was a 150 dollars job anywhere else.
