According to the BBB Code of Advertising, if contests are used, the advertiser must publish clear, complete and concise rules. Additionally, the BBB Code of Advertising states that the composition and layout of advertisements should be such as to minimize the possibility of misunderstanding by the reader.
On May 12, 2021, the business responded, "The flyer is a company that White's Ford uses once a year, one week out of the year. They have used them in the past and haven't had a problem really. It's a sales company and they come in and provide the sales people. They provide the kiosks that show what people have won. The business did give 3 TVs away and alot of money. The flyers that show official rules. (No purchase necessary. Purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Open to legal residents of the 50 states. Must be 18 years or older for entry. Odds of winning, etc.)" The business committed to modifying the flyer prior to distributing it for next year's giveaway.
