    I bought a 2020 Ford Expedition from this dealership. It was certified preowned vehicle. When I received the car, the rear bumper was loose. I sent them a video the minute I received the car showing that the rear bumper clips are broken and it’s loose. They asked me to take to a local Ford dealership to get an estimate. I got an estimate for $2,018.15. I emailed Mr. ******* asking him to approve the repairs. He said his service department is saying the bumper can be replaced for less than that. It seems that he’s comparing repairs cost in Ohio compared to California which is more expensive. I explained to him that I have no control over the estimate and it was from a Ford dealer (as he requested). Furthermore, the car had no floor mats. I confirmed with the sales rep to make sure the car is not missing anything. He confirmed the floor mats are there. I emailed/texted them showing the car had no floor mats upon delivery. They said they will ship me new floor mats. It’s been months and they haven’t approved the repairs nor they sent me floor mats. I had to buy floor mats for $218.97. I bought the car on Nov 21st, 2022. I received the car around early January 2023. I have been emailing the dealer back and forth since Jan 2023 till October 2023 with no sight of resolving this matter. I bought the car for $38,997.30 plus I paid for the shipping around $1,800. The business committed to provide a certified preowned vehicle. Deal #****** Cus***er #******** Stock #******* VIN# ***************** To resolve this matter, they need to pay me for the repairs cost and the floor mats costs. Thank you

    Purchased a used car for my son. The car was overpriced to begin with, but with the low miles we figured he would have it for a long time and justified the price. We have owned the car for almost a year and have put just over $7,000 into it. 4 months after purchasing it the transmission went out. Ganley wouldnt work with us because it was passed the 90 day as is warranty. When we took it to them to fix they quoted us $1000 more from the other repair shops?? We have since had the car in the repair shop 5 times for various issues. No air conditioning, bad wheel bearings, damaged heat shield, piece of suspension damaged, bad water pump. I have every receipt that shows dates and what was fixed. Made numerous calls to Ganley for help but they are unwilling. We have leased or purchased multiple vehicles from them. They not only lost ALL our business but I have made sure the rest of my extended family, parents, in laws, sister, brother in law and good friends go elsewhere! I cannot wait for there unapologetic apology and how surprised or sorry this has happened. What they always leave out is the question of- How can we help resolve your ongoing issues!!!

    The last time Bradley S. Angeloff had the 2013 Nissan Sentra at our service center was almost a year ago on May 11, 2023. It was brought in with a transmission concern but the customer declined the repairs. He also did not pay the diag bill of $170.67 from that visit. When picking up the vehicle, he said that he would call with payment but never did and he also ignore our several attempts to collect the $170.67 owed, We have text communication between Brad Angeloff and his service advisor proving so that we can provide.
