              I've been taking my 2016 Acura MDX to Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor for service for the past year that I've owned the vehicle. On my most recent regular scheduled maintenance visit on 06/24/23 (Oil change, tire rotation, tire balance), I was told that the oil pan plug had been overtightened and that my oil pan needs to be replaced for $688. This same service department performed my previous oil change on 12/28/22 and no issues with the drain plug were noted. No other company or person works on my vehicles, so the only explanation is that my oil pan drain plug was over-tightened or otherwise damaged on the 12/28/22 service visit. I reached out to the service manager at Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor while in the waiting room on 6/24/23 to bring the issue to his attention. He responded that he would talk to **** in the service department and "get back with me shortly on how to rectify the situation". He never responded to me again. I've reached out to him numerous times over the past week trying to get a response, but he will not respond. I bring my Acura to the Acura dealership because I expect top-quality service from people that are experts on my vehicle. Damaging an oil pan drain plug is a mistake I could understand from cut-rate service shops, but not a dealership. I also understand that accidents happen, and I would have been happy to discuss a reasonable solution to this issue with Jay, but he will not respond. I can only assume this is because they know they've screwed up and are avoiding having to solve this problem.

              Arthur GM & Gavin sales literally delivered the BEST deal in 4 states! I made a call with what I wanted both car and terms, shortly after they delivered my new Acura to my doorstep! Amazingly seamless, best price, terms & customer service I've ever experienced in my vehicle purchasing experiences! Also while maintaining there positions at the store, made them selves available as I sat on my couch and delivered to my door step after hours to accommodate what I needed done!
