We had a walk in shower installed by NEWPRO and are thrilled with it! One of the shelves became loose and we called to have someone take a look. ** ******, service tech, came out to look at it. He not only reattached the loose shelf, he inspected ALL the caulking in the shower and replaced anything that was not to his liking. Talk about service that goes above and beyond!! We are extremely happy with NEWPRO and ** ******.Review from Charlie M

Excellent experience! I had my exterior doors replaced and not only was the sales process quick and easy, but they were ready well ahead of schedule and the install took just a day. They are beautiful. The installer was very helpful and our salesman checked in afterwards to ask how it went. It was a great experience and I will keep NewPro in mind for any other house updates I have planned.Review from Bill M

Going in this project was scary for me but from the beginning with the Salesman ******* to the installation with ****** and **** was wonderful. ******* return to my text messages with a phone call when I got anxious and ****** answered all of my questions during the installation. I have had a wonderful experience with this company and I am extremely happy that I decided to go with Newpro!! We had Al come out to help recaulk our Newpro shower area. He came in a little before the scheduled time with a great attitude and demeanor. He was shown the way and went right to work. He let me know when he was done and showed me his work and asked if I had any questions before bringing up the payment process. He also left us instructions as to when we could use the shower and what products are recommended for maintenance. We highly recommend Newpro and Al for this great service.****************Review from Flauvino C
