Some consumers signed up for the free subscription and others have paid $19.95 - $20.00 for additional services. Both free and paying consumers state they are flooded with emails of leads that do not meet the criteria in their profile preferences. Consumers state the emails do not have an opt-out option to unsubscribe to those emails. Consumers allege the business is unresponsive to their emails when they contact them requesting to have their profile removed and when requesting a refund.
