Reasons for Rating

  • BBB concerns with the industry in which this business operates

How does the Better Business Bureau rating system work?

Ratings range from A+ to F, based on factors like customer complaints, transparency, and responsiveness. Customer reviews do not impact the BBB rating. BBB also seeks and uses information directly from businesses and public data sources. Please find more information about our rating system.

BBB ratings reflect how a business is likely to interact with customers. Ratings update automatically as new information is received. In some cases, a business's grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite requests for the information.

According to the complaints, the consumers never received the $5000.00 loan or their deposit back.

According to the Federal Trade Commission’s website, there are “Six Sure Signs of an Advance-Fee Loan Scam:

1. A lender who isn’t interested in your credit history
2. Fees that aren't disclosed clearly or prominently
3. A loan that is offered by phone
4. A lender who uses a copy-cat or wanna-be name
5. A lender who is not registered in your state
6. A lender who asks you to wire money or pay an individual.”

The FTC further warns that, “it is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver.” For more information, please visit the FTC’s website at, https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0078-advance-fee-loans.

As of May 27, 2019, the company has not responded to BBB.
