On November 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) announced a criminal conviction against Troy Campbell for submitting a fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application that falsely stated payroll amounts and number of employees in order to obtain $437,230 in PPP funds. The court imposed a prison sentence of 18 months, two years of supervised release, and ordered full restitution of $437,230.
