    I would get negative stars if possible worst loan experience ever never received a welcome packet was charged late fees as a result could not makepayments, set up auto bill pay that never finalized on their end. Charge late fees again. Paid off my car in 11 months just so I didnt have to give them an extra ***** on an $80,000 loan.

    I fully paid off my car loan with *******. It's been 8 business days since the payment went through, and the bank still hasnt sent the lien release electronically to the *** of *******. In contrast, with other banks Ive worked with, this process takes up to 3 business days, and theyve never let me down.Ive called the bank and explained the situation, that I sold the car and need the title as soon as possible to avoid the deal falling through. But customer care doesnt seem to care. Moreover, they told me that the lien release is scheduled for a date beyond the 10-business-day *********, the bank has both my money and my title. This will be the last time I use this, the most unreliable and non-customer-oriented ********* Yeleti

    Their customer service is nonexistent. An absolute joke. Refinanced my vehicle just so I could use a different company.

    TD auto has the worst, and I mean this with my whole heart, the worst customer service. We ********************* a car through them and ended up paying off the loan early. Because we paid it off so early and we cancelled the ************* AFTER we paid it off, we were entitled our prorated refund. We spoke with our dealership GM and he agreed that this was wrong and they had no idea what they were talking about. I spoke with the supervisor at TD auto her name is Nagieba, she was very condescending and passive aggressive. She wasted so much of my time just being rude and told us that basically TD auto is going to keep the refund because of California law on gap refunds and if the dealership wants to call their back office and talk to them that they could. However the dealership has nothing to do with this anymore since we paid off the truck! They are now a third party! If you can help it, please DO NOT use TD finance. They are the worst institution. And Nagieba if you are reading this, do better or find a job that you love because the way to speak to your customers is shameful

    This experience with ******* was our first and our absolute last. Never in my life have I had a bank give me a payroll minus my GAP. Why would my payoff be different? Super suspicious. We will stick with credit unions from here on out. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

    Sorry company been lied to so many times, 2 month to get a lien release letter then they mail it with stamps and still do not have it call and it takes 3 days to process request. Terrible company

    Please dont walk Run from this company. After all the company *** dealt with this has to be the worse company ever. They dont value the customer. Everyone falls on hard times but lending a helping hands and at least showing compassion matters . Wish I had the money to pay my truck so Ill never had to deal with this company ever again . I called and talk with customer service first representative was nices they second didnt give a **** her answer NO !! Very sad ?? Im to the point to say pick up the truck and let me found another company to deal with . Shouldve stayed with my bank on financings but its a learning learned

    already changed bank account for my auto payment but it still charge me old account, and the *** asked how and what date I did. I answer all the questions I can they still not commit their wrong due to charged me old banking account. They say when I adding new banking account I need to delete old one , YES I did. and the *** said this is how their system work. My bank called this morning asking for deposit due to I have overdraft, and I called TD Auto for this , they said they don't take care of it. I would give zero star for this TD Auto, their fault and I take it!!!!!! think twice if you would like to deal with them!

    TD Auto Finance is the worst company I have ever done business with. I made all my payments on time. Then I paid them off and they won't give a lean release. the employees are friendly but not helpful. I will never use them again. I will never recommend them to anyone.
