Pattern of Complaints
Beginning in 2023, John Moore Services began receiving concerning complaints and customers that exhibited a pattern of complaint. A re-review of the pattern was performed in the first quarter of 2024 which revealed the following pattern:
The BBB received multiple complaints and reviews alleging John Moore's technicians miss diagnosed needed repairs resulting in unnecessary replacements of units and multiple trips to repair issues. One customer state in their review: " I had a clog in my kitchen sink, called John moore and they sent out a technician. He told me I had a broken pipe under my house and it needed to be fixed ...I said ok even though I had to finance the repair work of $13500. Now I learn from their plumber who came to do the work there is no break only a bow in the line which hydro pressure would clean out.also which I wasn't told til after pipe was replaced. "
