Consumers contracted with the business to have various remodeling projects completed. Consumers allege that the work on the projects progressed slowly and that eventually the business discontinued communication with them and working on the project altogether. Consumers allege that the business was paid for work that was not completed and the business has not willingly provided refunds. The business has indicated that it will not accept or respond to complaints forwarded by BBB.
