Accreditation Revocation
On 01/23/2025 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards:
1. Establish and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace.
3. Honestly represent products and services, including clear and prominent disclosures of all material terms.
Be clear in all written and verbal representations and include all relevant facts in all transactions.
6. Address disputes forwarded by BBB quickly and in good faith.
6A. Provide a response to each complaint that:
- Is professional,
- addresses all significant issues raised by the complainant,
- includes appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business' position, and
- explains why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted.
Pattern of Complaints
Better Business Bureau (BBB) is informing consumers and businesses about the marketplace conduct and complaint history of BNB Formula, a company that educates consumers on how to start an AirBNB Business.
Consumers are collectively continuing to state the following concerns:
- Not providing a refund and/or cancel agreement per the 90-day guaranty
- Delay of promised refund and/or cancellation
- Not receiving a return call or email
- Not providing consumers with assistance/help/coaching as promised
On July 09, 2024, and July 22, 2024, BNB Formula, was informed of these concerns and invited to discuss the pattern of complaints and determine ways in which the pattern might be alleviated. BNB Formula, has failed to respond to consumer complaints and BBB Serving Central SC and Charleston’s correspondence.
As of January 23, 2025, BNB Formula, continues to have aforementioned pattern, unanswered complaints and remains invited to contact BBB to discuss the concerns of their consumers concerns.
BBB recommends that consumers always check the business out first by contacting their local BBB or www.BBB.org before doing business with a new company. It is recommended that you do not pay with a money order, through Western Union or MoneyGram, but use a credit card in case you need to dispute the charges.
