David Bishop called BBB in September 2019 to say he closed Bishop’s Custom Concrete in August 2019. In November 2020, BBB received a call from a senior citizen living in Halls, TN who said he gave Dave Bishop $5900 for a new driveway. He said he found Dave on Facebook doing business in his area under the name Hall's Concrete Company represented by Dave Bishop. He says work began but was not finished. He said he also paid the concrete contractor to avoid a mechanic's lien on his home because Dave hadn't paid him.
